Assembly help for clocks

With this assembly aid, the numbers or lines can be assembled precisely in the shortest possible time. No more time-consuming measuring, rotating and drawing.

This tool is suitable for watches in a range of 20cm to 60cm. Numerals can also be placed on smaller clocks using the smaller auxiliary dots.

You can choose between two materials:

1. Solid, high-quality and robust bookbinding cardboard with a thickness of 1.2-1.5mm (450gr.) So it is very stable, scratch-resistant and does not bend easily.

2. Transparent 0.5mm thick PET material perfect for a stencil. The transparent feature means you can see your work of art and the material is even more durable.

For application:

The circle is aligned in the center of the clock and secured with adhesive tape.

(Tip: stick a strip of transparent adhesive tape or similar only on the circle, this way you protect the material, as the adhesive tape is repeatedly removed when fixing it)

The desired size is then selected on the rectangular assembly aid. Both parts of the assembly aid are connected to each other using a pin or the clockwork.

Now you can easily place the numbers or lines in the field. Make sure that the lower circles are directly on top of each other.
